Carlton Hill Phase II is a 604-bed scheme student accommodation project for developer, Pickard Properties. This new student accommodation design provides affordable living with student wellbeing at its heart. We feel it is critical to ensure students have safe and secure spaces, in addition to their own study bedrooms. To this end we have created Sky Gardens within the development. In addition to the Sky Gardens, the large, fully landscaped roof terraces are provided to give additional fresh-air spaces as an extension of the extensive landscaped courtyard at ground level. “We have had the benefit of working with the client team for more than 25 years on various student accommodation living projects, using the latest Student Survey data from Unipol, who are the preeminent authority on student experience and management.
